An elderly man injured after being pushed onto subway tracks on the Upper East Side has died. Authorities have identified a suspect and upgraded the case to a homicide.

A Honduran man who was deported four times is accused of killing an 83-year-old man after shoving him onto the subway tracks in Manhattan earlier this month, authorities said Thursday.
