A Delhi court has requested clarification from the Delhi Police regarding the absence of CCTV footage related to the alleged illegal detention of a sub-contractor in the Janakpuri biker-death case.

The case pertains to the death of Kamal Dhyani, who worked as an assistant manager at the Rohini branch of the HDFC Bank.

There is no CCTV installed inside the Janakpuri police station and the one installed near the back gate is “not operational”.
