Satellite vision showed Hurricane Melissa moving over the Caribbean Sea as it developed into a Category 4 hurricane heading towards Jamaica and Cuba. The weather system is expected to bring catastrophic floods, landslides and storm surges to the region, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025.
