Squash Casserole. The fresh squash are almost gone. So ,eat’um while you can. As always don’t over cook or it will be dry. You want it to be soft and smooth with all the melted cheese. Oh yes , my Mamas diary is priceless to me. She started a new one every year. She was the biggest influence in my life. She was always doing for others and she loved her family and friends.
